Which industries and professions qualify for a Casa Ava Trade account?

How long does my item take to be delivered?

All of our furniture items are made to order using high-quality craftsmanship. Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for manufacturing, after which delivery will take place within 5 days of completion. For smaller items, please allow up to 3 weeks..

Can I cancel my order?

There is a limited window in which we may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the Casa Ava support team as soon as possible at:

For made-to-order furniture items, orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, production materials and manufacturing may already have been allocated to your order. Where cancellation is approved after 48 hours, Casa Ava reserves the right to deduct a 50% cancellation fee from the refund amount.

For UK and EU customers, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, remain unaffected where applicable. However, please note that made-to-order and bespoke goods are generally exempt from standard cancellation rights once production has commenced.
